At first everything seemed ok. Until later that day I requested insurance to buy a car. As I went through everything with a rep at this office and got insurance. I was quoted 215 and change. So I paid the amount to get the car off the lot. Paid for the car, verified insurance, etc. Download the app and everything for my auto insurance a few days later and seen that i owe around 540 dollars. Very very mad I call my insurance directly and was informed that my insurance is 360ish a month and the 540 was for the months 360 plus the left over from "only paying" 215 dollars. I was furious. Called up the rep from Mancinos and she was nice but very unhelpful and stated that she forgot to add/remove information from her quote page. Ya. I was bait and switched then essentially told sorry I screwed up but nothing I can do... Yup. Very poor service. No accountability. Just plain not a pleasant experience.
